I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my “custom-built” Volcanic Patrol Bike. When I received the bike, the first thing I noticed was the high-quality workmanship. The bike is built incredibly well and is virtually indestructible. We regularly train off-road and in areas that include descending flights of stairs. I have not experienced any mechanical or structural problems since I’ve been riding my Volcanic.
After speaking with Eric and Mike from Volcanic Manufacturing at the IPMBA Conference in Scottsdale, AZ and riding their bike around for a time at the show, I made contact with them in late fall. The Enforcer bicycle that they had introduced to the police sector and which was being utilized by the Seattle Police Department, was unheard of on the East Coast and in an effort to help them increase their marketing and to obtain feedback on their bicycle, they agreed to ship me a model for evaluation.
