I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my “custom-built” Volcanic Patrol Bike.  When I received the bike, the first thing I noticed was the high-quality workmanship.  The bike is built incredibly well and is virtually indestructible.  We regularly train off-road and in areas that include descending flights of stairs.  I have not experienced any mechanical or structural problems since I’ve been riding my Volcanic.

Throughout my career, and personal life, I have unwillingly been forced to ride mountain bikes that were not properly fitted to me.  All those years I thought “that’s just how bikes are built.”  As soon as I took my first test ride on my new Volcanic, I found out what a bike is supposed to feel like.  Your willingness to work with our Department and build me a custom bike from the ground up allowed me to finally be properly equipped.   Being 6’7” there are several “facts of life” that I’ve grown accustomed to living with… Volcanic Bikes refused to make improper bike fit a “fact of life” for me.
